CCM, UNITY, 300 IP phones, 500 ports. Seamlessly connected all remote sites to the main facility for greater calling and network flexibility. This includes connecting a remote location using wireless AP for voice and data.

700 Phone IPT installations, Call Manager - remote locations in other states were seamlessly integrated, Unity, IPCC Express - extensive Call Center application
• 3 major western NY School districts:
Complete Voice, Data, and Wireless network connecting multiple and remotely located buildings and facilities. ATM backbone utilizing Cisco MC3810 for Voice and Data. Interfaced with Nortel Option 61c and Option 11 PBXs
• Major Central NY Nursing Home:
Integrated Cisco network and wireless devices with a Nortel Hybrid VoIP connected to a Nurse Call system into a new multi floor medical facility serving several hundred beds.

Installed a complete Cisco AVVID system with CCM-Unity & IPCC. Contact Center application handles all Doctor and Patient appointment scheduling.
