FIRST ALERT
- iAlertSecure utilizes any phone or database on campus to report a concern. It provides critical and timely gathering of information instantly assisting your security personnel to clearly identify the circumstances of a situation and allow those affected to have their best chance in a crisis situation
A single touch activated from the phone instantly gathers date, time, location, and telephone number. Prompts caller to provide 30-45 second verbal description of concern. iAlertSecure reassures the caller that security has been alerted. Then, iAlertSecure announces critical steps for the caller to take to stay safe until help arrives. The call that activated a iCallSecure sequence remains active until it is deactivated by security personnel enabling hands-free communication to continue with those affected while responses are in process.
- iCallSecure is utilized in much the same fashion as iAlertSecure with respect to the reporting of a concern, however, it's use is prompted through the campus' Blue Light Phones. iCallSecure is an excellent way to maximize the effectiveness of these tools that are already in place on campus
- iCellAlert enables the use of your cell phone as an emergency or "Blue Light" phone
